Boeuf Bourguignon

Oh so very soon I am going to make my first dish in my new dutch oven. OF COURSE, I am going to make Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignon. She was the reason, after all, that I became obsessed with getting a dutch oven in the first place. It seems only right that this be my first endeavor. I'm so excited.


I hope it's as delicious as I'm dreaming it will be!
