It's official. We got our Christmas tree today. Woo! We took the easy route this year and headed to Allston to pick out a tree at the Boston Christmas Trees Christmas tree lot, and boy is it a beauty. The last two years we headed out to Marlborough, Mass to the Houdes Christmas tree farm. There is something special about tromping through the mud to cut down your own tree. We would have done it again this year had we had time, but alas, we did not. I have to admit that this is the most perfect tree we've ever had. I'm just in love with it. Couldn't stop grinning today as we were setting it up. Smells amazing too.....
